If A+B+C exists, then the matrices A, B and C should be in same order.
In general,
Order of matrix = m x n
m - Number of rows and n - number of columns
From the given information,
Number of rows of matrix A = 2
Number of columns of matrix C = 3
Both A and C should be in the order 2 x 3, then matrix B will also have the same order.
So, order of the matrix B is 2 x 3.

b+8 = 0 b = -8 |
