To find area of any triangle with three vertices first we have to draw the picture by using the given points. All areas are positive. So area of triangle must be positive so the points (x₁,y₁) (x₂,y₂) and (x₃,y₃) taken in order should be in the counter clockwise direction. If the given points are taken in the order are in clockwise the the area will be in negative number.
